No setup fees on Starter or Growth plans. For Enterprise, we charge a one-off onboarding fee depending on scope — this covers white-glove setup, custom integrations, and team training. We'll always quote this upfront before any commitment.
Yes, always. You can upgrade at any point and we'll pro-rate the difference. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. There's no lock-in on monthly plans, and annual plans can be cancelled with 30 days notice.
